Good place to begin your career, good compensation and facilities for GTEs,good exposure to 2w/3w automotive industry, good sports facilities, hostel facilities , good flexible working hours, hands on experience on real world problems.

Dislikes

Promotion and getting good ratings are must otherwise high chances of career stagnation, Promotion and good rating are not only work and performance dependent but also dependent on boss/ dept/ and factors like where you are in the organisation, is there a vacuum above you , is there an expansion of work in your area of work, such factors are more influential in growing higher. Job security is pretty low and even if you are hard working and productive , if there is no vacancy above you , you will simply stall, and it's dangerous to stall here since the compensation structure is such that there are ceiling on every level, so unless you cross the ceiling and move into the next higher level ,your salary could freeze irrespective of your performance. In theory they claim to be open to suggestions and feedback but somehow when no action are taken despite repetitive feedback, then one looses interest and even their faith in the process. Role changes do happen but are quite rare and again one needs to use other skills than simply apply and interview in order to get the change of role one seeks....Read More

Bajaj Auto is best for internship traineee because the company culture are really good and in the period of training the trainee will get more opportunities to develop their skills and Learning.

Dislikes

Bajaj auto ltd are now more interested in Graduates trainee Engineer, they are not paying more much to diploma trainee as they should and not even more chance in designation growth.

Company workspace & infrastructure is too good. You will get good faculties.

Dislikes

You will feel completely underpaid fro market. Day to day life will be fool of politics. Partiality is common in Bajaj work life. You will not get good treatment if your grade is L5. There is value of your knowledge & ideas here.

Bajaj auto had flexi timing which was much more linient as compared to other companies. It also emphasizes a lot on work life balance.

There no value for your time. The meetings get postponed while you get informed just minutes before. Lack of structural working.

Hierarchical system. No appraisals. Trainees are cheap labours. No value for technical executive and associates and trainee. No promotions,even higher education after joining company isn't considered. All nice treatment is only for managers and Graduate trainee from IIT IIM etc
