Salary credit on time. Good food on 100% chargeable basis. Pune is good location.

Very bad work culture. Leg pulling by other employees. Giving wrong and bad feedback of employees seeking job. Egoistic 100% HR team with zero knowledge. Fake commitment by seniors and HR leadership. Top management does not wants to growth of their employees. Worst HR team, HR manager, and senior persons in HR. Worst ever newly launched HR policy made by new HR team. Zero hyrarchy, means their is no designation in the organisation except few designation. Considering designation less company, their is very less increase in salary and No promotion. Instead of giving salary hike, Bajaj Auto reduced salary permanently. Unethical HR practices by unethical HR managers. I don't have bad words to say more. Never join this company....Read More

Excellent place to start career, high learning curve in the 1st 2yrs in the organisation. As a fresher into the corporate world, it can be pretty enriching at the start.

After 3yrs, the work becomes pretty stagnant and one may choose to look for new opportunities outside.
