Work culture is pathetic, boss is always right is the ideology. Open politics and biasing. The variable pay is 15-20% of the base pay and you never get the variable pay irrespective of profit that company makes. There are no goals set and at the end of review (well there is no goal setting or performance review system here, you get to know your rating when the salary is credited in account) it's the image you have in your bosses head what gets you good or bad rating. If you are a person who can keep your boss happy irrespective of how it affects the company then this is the company for you. No one trusts anyone even in the same team. HR has to do nothing with what goes on with employees, they are only bothered about how to cut salaries of employees and add that to company profit....Read More
