Company has lot of resources for r&d projects. You have freedom to explore new topics. You will have all the latest software and hardware to explore. There is recreation club on the Akurdi campus.

Company culture is very bad. Rating system and related policies are joke. There is no structured training and no mechanism to fairly rate the performance. Favourism is present although the non-discrimination policy is present. Attrition rate is high in the company. HR policies are first declared and then the damage control is done to mitigate the adverse effects. Middle management is not that bright in terms of intellect. Due to this people from good colleges (Managers and Divisional mangers)like iit/nit leave within year or two. If you are lateral hire, don't fall for increased salary package. It will be there on your variable pay and they won't give you good rating. So your inhand will remain same even after swiching....Read More

Working time is 8 to 5:30. But working hours are flexible. But you will have to complete 47.5 hrs in a week. There is club in the akurdi campus. It has gym, badminton court, tt , snooker etc. There is library as well. Gte/mt get hostel for 2 y

The compensation . Variation in the salary slab along with the variable pay compensation isn't justified , 10% of the total variable pay for an average rating . This should be revised .
