Nothing about to like . Product is good . But Toxic work environment.. main mangement doing nothing treat fls as good for nothing. Specially not safe for women . If women raise some problem no-one has to listen

There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates . When it comes to Doha bank i really appreciate the work environment as my cluster manager & national manager was working together, but when i started my journey with axis bank the cluster manger and circle heads are useless not at all working, no fame or name in branch never use to visit a branch
