I have working experience in BALIC for 2+years on of the most employees oriented company. A great company to work in , because during the pandamic situation when friends were in financial trouble BALIC paid us 2 months salary in advance. I was the first staff placed in Madurai zone in Axis vertical. The channel was like walking in ring with strong competitors MAXLIFE and LIC . But I proved with my knowledge how to do business, i went and asked for only good leads for Axis staffs, not as all were regularly asking for only business which made more conversations and then I had my new managers but due to lots of problems with the irresponsible manager . I did around my target of 62lac and came out of BALIC. Then joined ICICI Lombard general insurance such a great corporate company worked for 3months and From BALIC I was requested to Rejoin for CABR channel and quit for there request and hope we can earn more and grow with BALIC belived and left ICICI Lombard joined on Mar8th 2022 at BALIC. Company really need to work on there FLS who are the face of the company,who meets customers partners and present our products Is Company really "A GREAT PLACE TO WORK" Due to lack of leadership i have not asked to quit and now spoiled my career growth on believing to wrong commitments....Read More

Company need to see what is happening on the downline is HR or L1 responds to there requirement or only recruitment is down no others calls is attended. Leadership is good with them or been treated worst. FLS ideas and suggestions are taken and considered.
