Everything. No work life balance. Every department is horrible. They don't care about employees. They just want the employees to achieve the target and do more and more sales without thinking about the employees mental health. Worst management ever seen.

I can say company culture was very good, behavior towards the Junior and colleague was very professional and at the same time familar we get time to learn things

The main concerns here the promote and Apprisial system, in rm lever there is no Apprisial Or rating system and peopls are working here from last 5 years without getting any promotion

I had a very good experience with Bajaj Allianz, the company culture is very good and at the same time, I get to learn a lot from Bajaj's seniors, Bajaj Allianz's trainers are also very supportive. And whatever else is there is awesome for me.

Operation work in Bajaj Allianz is a bit slow. Because there is a problem in policy login. So please fix it. If the login journey is a bit smooth then it is good for the staff as well as for the customers, please do this

They are hiring only 3rd party vendor and there is no any opportunity to them for their growth. They just only want the completion of work even on weekends holidays. Some managers doing the micro management like login time bathroom time tea break time and highlight as productivity issue

By default promotion on achieving goalsheets and assigned targets. No need to manager favorites for promotion. So attractive insertives money earning opportunities. Every quarter foreign trip contest and schemes for people who do more numbers.
