Attendance system showing 5days a week but actually it's 6days a week and month end 7days a week now working hours sales timing 9.30am to 7/8pm then policy issuance it's goes upto 1am, then again next day area manager always talking about work on Sunday, if anyone take a leave manager will tell do existing work, then what is the meaning of leave I don't know, now come to the travel part 1/3 salary will goes on the travel, personal life will be destroyed after joining here work pressure like pressure cooker every day conference call after work and tempting your performance not up to the mark in short your family will leave you bcz of not giving family time </mark>...Read More

Training in company now days is nill we are also suffering in job securties in these days salary is good but incentive based is at some points is good but on long run it is not beneficial for employee. Work enviorment in these days is average as inspite of leave on saturday everyone isasked to work on saturday this disable the work life balance...Read More

I love to work on Bajaj Allianz but work life balance is not being maintained by us due to high pressure of sales . Team mates are good but due to lack of training and negative behaviour of admin team and non cooperation of rest of team just like operation and underwriting not like to work here now these days due to verticalisation
