There is no proper system of increament or promotion as per performance and experience span. Still some partiality exists there. We never got proper annual bonus there. There is no proper system of getting gratuity during separation from this concern.

Job security is best,its equivalent to a government company and have paid as on date salary of all staff exactly by 30 or 31st of every month.

Yearly performance assesment need to be taken up constructively and also skill development training including interactive sessions are required to be organised by HR team.

Job security is there but without any promotion and increment. There is a lot of politics in management and company policies are good to some extent.

They treat like a school student to employees. Just by seeing face and native place person they will do everything to that employee Specially to Muslims career growth is very slow because of religious matter (Higher management is non Muslim)

This is my first company at middle east as a construction supervisor, wheather i got 2. 5 Years experiance in india before. Here its a good company for freshers and a little experianced employees to get a wide basic idea about contruction. I got into a very large friends circle during the employment in bahwan.

As a beginer the benefit will be ok but the time going there would be nothing to hope upon any of the performence. There is no value of experiance or performance. And also heared some revenging actions taken against someone,when they gonna leave the company. And there is not a declared duty time or overtime ever seen since i joined here....Read More
