Bahrain defence force hospital is overall a very good place to work . It depends upon the department to department from horrible to great. I had a horrible experience at the obs and gyne department .

Dislikes

Few teammates were very insensitive , jealous, very mean people. Learning oppurtunity was very poor . You don't get due respect. Lot of unqualified people working in a particular department . Lot of duties . Very manipulative colleagues. Discrimination in terms of rota , granting leave . No theatres at all . Exploitation .

The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview.
