We work here as a Family. Our MD Anuradha Prasad Madam is so humble and supportive. Team mates are very cooperative. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and we enjoy annual incentives and got salary on time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
