No job security for edge cutting technology developers. They don't have enough projects/clients for such technologies. They do hiring and fire the employees if they don't get the projects with matching skill set of employees. By any chance if you hit the bench even it's company's inability to get the clients. You will be under strict servillence of HR who uses the tools like Hibstaff which keeps track of your keyboard mouse activities and also keeps on capturing the screenshots. No Micro Management. Company is growing aggresively. Lots of independence to work closely with clients and take decisions as per. Company tries to adapt with the current market trend. Good Exposure to learn/explore new skill sets, they have a dedicated budget allocated for this. Employees actually matters here. Healthy work life balance and good appraisals.
