There is a lot of things to learn because being so old problem keep occurring.Despite being so old it's performance is still good.Urea quality is good(i.e. less moisture and less biuret formation)

Dislikes

There is a lot of discremination here including promotion and salary.Some get very high salary while some get very low.Bad management with no vision.Nobody listen to you at all.

The HR policy is very unclear to the point that It's safe to say that they don't have one. At the end of the tunnel it's the employee who suffers because of the clandestine HR policy.
