There are no dislikes. However, it would be much better if the organisation valued all old educated employees the same as new employees, in terms of compensation structure, posting, and so on.

My experience at Fashion city was quite good and I liked the customization counter very much.The atmosphere was also very nice there.Store hygiene and product quality is very good and staff service and behaviour is all very good👍👍

Everything like unprofessional approach, toxic work culture, politics, buttering, no work life balance and specially Mithun Ghosh who is more then the directors,he is consultant in m bazzar also but for god sake the fellow is intolerable.If you want to spell your carrier as well as personal life come join us.

Yes I lot a good learning .yery supporting manager .Staff here is very cooperative. & Any issue in store company HO level also soport. And selery is also received on the date time without any deduction.

Selery is very less as per the designation. It should be increased.
