Dislikes

The 2 year contract is a long period should be at least one year. Also yearly increment and yearly bonus required to boost the employees.

1. Company growing at a very high speed. Creates many many opportunities for career growth. I have moved ahead fast upon my performance 2. Gives lot of freedom and authority. Top management gives only broad guidelines and allow HODs and lower staff to take all the day to day decisions without any kind of interference. In fact management encourages decision making. 3. Company emphasis that every worker deserves a respect. Company discourages use of curse word or insulting work to any subordinate. Action have been taken against seniors who have mistreated their subordinates. 4. Excellent canteen facility which caters Indian food (veg and non veg) both. 5. Company provides lot of training. In fact it is compulsory for all the managers to give weekly training to their subordinates. Recently Company has acquired ISO certification. And implementation of Kaizen is undergoing which is providing huge learning opportunities 6. Management is honest and transparent. Some old staff discourages the new comer. Instigate them to leave the job so they can enjoy monopoly. Even though management actively pursue policy of creating work environment with least politics, some employees do engage in politics. Company is growing at neck break speed, the speed creates lot of pressure to complete the projects on time. There are few mid level managers who are trying to politicize the culture, propagate false agenda to confuse subordinates.
