Some old staff discourages the new comer. Instigate them to leave the job so they can enjoy monopoly. Even though management actively pursue policy of creating work environment with least politics, some employees do engage in politics. Be aware if you are short tempered, they are very strict in case you use bad words - gali galoch to your subordinates....Read More

1) Middle management do not take responsibility. They pass buck to the top management even though they are empowered fully. 2) Accountability is lacking 3) Because of not taking responsibility from middle management, on the ground level decision making is slow.

Company is growing at neck break speed, the speed creates lot of pressure to complete the projects on time. There are few mid level managers who are trying to politicize the culture, propagate false agenda to confuse subordinates.

Very transparent management. Work condition, working hours, salary etc are explained at the time of interview. Very high job security. Top management is very supportive and open new ideas. Politics is not tolerated in the company and stringent actions are taken against persons playing politics. Company didn't reduce salary or laid off workers during Covid. All employees received their full salaries on time. Equal opportunities are given to go ahead to all. Some managers do not allow employees to talk to the top management. They try to play politics and they speak bad about top management because top management do not allow politics.
