Some old staff discourages the new comer. Instigate them to leave the job so they can enjoy monopoly. Even though management actively pursue policy of creating work environment with least politics, some employees do engage in politics. Very transparent management. Work condition, working hours, salary etc are explained at the time of interview. Very high job security. Top management is very supportive and open new ideas. Politics is not tolerated in the company and stringent actions are taken against persons playing politics. Company didn't reduce salary or laid off workers during Covid. All employees received their full salaries on time. Equal opportunities are given to go ahead to all. Top management follows open door policy any employee can go and talk to the top management which was impossible in all my previous workplace....Read More

Worst thing is that they are taking your passport in their custody so if you want it before 2 years contract you have to pay 1.20 Lacs INR.
