It was very good experience while working with BGSCTPL Pune Head office Engineering Division 1 &2.During my apprentice period,I have learnt about basic fabrication processes such as welding,cutting,drilling,thread tapping,gas cutting(by gas cutting gun & PUG cutting both),shearing,bending and punching.Also I studied cost analysis offabricated product from start to end and also prepared project wise costing of many fabricated items.I have also learnt to prepare Bills of Material (BOM) overall material requirement of projects so that needed for timely completion of project.Many fabrication jobs such as M.S.Grills,M.S.Windows,G.I.Dome,M.S.Curb Stone Moulds,G.I.Chain link structure,M.S.Baracading Structure,M.S.Hydraulically operated beam mould,M.S.Wall & Slab Casting Pallets,Precast Raker & Staircase moulds,Precast Panel Moulds,Tower craine Mast structure had been fabricated under my constant supervision.BGSCTPL company have very good culture and i have excellent working experience with this company....Read More

The management in this company tells false facts to the owner. There is a thief name Punkaj Dutta in the management of this company, he himself steals and defames the good employees. All the managers are trapped in Punkaj Dutta’s web because maximum managers in this company is stealing. If you want to work in this company, it is necessary for you to have a certificate of education, work experiences as well as experience in committing thefts. If you want to survive in this company, you will have to be a blind follower or else you will have to act as a sycophant. Company is very good about the skill development and job security but juniors payment is very less they can't survive properly.

Only experience persons get promotion and high salary juniors are only for concreting and curing they have not satisfied with salary. after 4 year job experience they only get 20000 rs salary .when u join through reference then you get lot of salary also you get confirmation letter in 3 month .
