In name of Bonus or Performance linkages reward (PLR) in once a year they will you peanuts amounts. talking about specifically HE IC.. other IC have handsome PLR.. HE IC is biggest looting IC they do manipulation all the time in name of promotion or increment in salary.

U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...
