Company culture is best in the market Owner himself looks in to Well being of the Employee Appraisals are good if you stay there for more than 3 years Opportunities are there to learn new things which are even not related to your department

Projects and work is repeated type which limits the technical growth 6 days working May old people are working there just beacause of there relations which ultimately hampers the growth and nurishment of new employee without any reference in company.

The management in this company tells false facts to the owner. There is a thief name Punkaj Dutta in the management of this company, he himself steals and defames the good employees. All the managers are trapped in Punkaj Dutta’s web because maximum managers in this company is stealing. If you want to work in this company, it is necessary for you to have a certificate of education, work experiences as well as experience in committing thefts. Company is very good about the skill development and job security but juniors payment is very less they can't survive properly.

Only experience persons get promotion and high salary juniors are only for concreting and curing they have not satisfied with salary. after 4 year job experience they only get 20000 rs salary .when u join through reference then you get lot of salary also you get confirmation letter in 3 month .
