Friendly staff. Lunch breaks are good.

Dislikes

HR monitors excessively. In time is fixed, but out time is never fixed. No OT is paid. No appreciation. Constant monitoring and reporting. Most of the times, reporting is to multiple bosses. Toxic work culture.

Being fresher it was absolutely great experience working here. one can learn too many things. absolutely enriching experience. Grateful for everything i learnt there.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
