This company is a fraud company. I worked here and was not paid salary and so I left this company. For Birth Certificate this company will charge Rs.1000 and the next moment will charge Rs.2500. We used to do calling using leads got from Just Dial App. We were told to tell the customers that we are calling from New Delhi, whereas our office was in Varanasi. The owner would tell us that we can provide Digital Signature without any proof if customer is ready to pay RS.25000. Totally a fraud company....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
