As time progressed, learning decreased. The management is really bad. Compensation is below par.

No scop for learning, Companies financials are not good, bad employees focus, syndicate of management and oldies, no promotions , no opportunities to grow, failed leadership, company is owned by PE firm who is forcing to generate recurring revenue without focusing on basics just to increase the valuation and sell the company
