Salaries on time, HR and accounts were somewhat helpful, only a few in the marketing team were great to work with

I usually dont give a neg feedback about any co but post working with some thorough professional MNCs like DDB Mudra, Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam, Publicis Group and Jean Claude Biguine Salon & Spa, I must say that I had the worst exp with Azent Overseas in 2022. There is no planning at all in terms of hiring. Absolute unprofessionals and shameless who don't care for someone's career. Not even worth giving one star. In April 2022, within 3 months of joining i decided to resign due to the nuisance but i was retained by giving false hopes. I could sense the lie but decided to continue. Finally in Nov 2022 as expected, I was told to resign by giving foolish and unreasonable excuses. Bias attitude towards those who don't contribute at all towards revenue generation but only keep laughing without any reason and blabber the whole day. I was least interested in rating this co or knowing if this co exists today but as ambition box has been constantly prompting me to rate, thought i should voice my opinion today after 9 months....Read More
