Salary on time and some colleagues are good.

Dislikes

There are so many worse things about this organisation and I will point out as much as I can remember: 1- Manager is brainless. No support. Always the blame will be on you no matter how stupid the leads are or the fault is of other department, manager will make sure he drops all on you. Micromanaging happens every hour. After working hours, manager connects over the phone or WhatsApp to check so no work life balance. Manager himself does not know anything. 2- Lead Quality is so so so so bad that if you open up your own business in overseas you personally can get better lead quality. They want you to convert the lead no matter what. The students comes with budget of 3 lacs for overseas but they want you to convert. 3- Work Culture is pathetic. No proper system. Sometimes the company follow leap scholar procedure, sometimes edwise, sometimes idp. They don’t have their own work culture. Half of the time, management is clueless of what to do. Working on google suite is so cheap for a company. Strict timings, no work from home even if you meet with an accident. They use Zoho software which is of poor quality. 4- HR is not supportive at all. They promoted a 5 year old employee and 3 days later fired him saying you are not fit for the role. No proper updates on PF. HR and manager play their own role to downgrade you from everything. They do some dark incidents and put in you so they can fire you. 5- CEO does not give a damn about the organisation. She’s majorly based in US and operates from there. Might visit branches but rarely. CEO only cares about profits nothing else. No proper structure of working, no proper incentive, no promotion, no increment on yearly basis (always say company loss mein hai). 6- Festivals are celebrated here but not to that extent and holidays you get like 12 public and 18 paid/sick leave. But on Diwali you get nothing, literally nothing. Not even soan papdi. No extra pay. No vouchers. No gifts. No food from company’s end. 7- English coaching method is a disaster. They want student to pay for 2 day crash course for 150 or 200rs. Once you pay, they won’t answer the call or msgs. The online coaching will be rude and won’t be student centric. Overall view- Just don’t work with this organisation. There are no students showing up in the office. Everything is online but they want you to come to office. Even the meetings are online when manager is at the branch itself. I am so lucky I am no more a part of this pathetic, bad organisation. I request you to work anywhere but not here. Whenever you check Linkedin or any other job site, this company will always have opening which directs hire-fire scenario. After explaining so much, you still wanna join, god bless your soul.

There is no job safety for the employees and they don't take or understand the new ideas which we want to bring in, We just have to be like puppet what ever mgmt says we should do that, There is no room for innovation and new ideas and thoughts process,In simple terms we can say that there is no scope for improvement to employees.
