Azara Secondary School is a very big school with big numbers of 1650. It has the ability to develop and grow in terms of technology. We are no longer using chalkboard. Technological advance ( Smartboard , teacher's laptop and tablets for learners). The school always send teachers for workshops quarterly especially the English department to empower us with the curriculum . I am part of the nutrition committee, where the Department of education supplies food for the learners from the disadvantage families. I am the netball coach and librarian. Azara Secondary School is based in an Indian arear. It accommodate learners from various cultural backgrounds. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. Dislikes

Compensation is very discouraging. There's no growth in terms of post . Same environment .. I have the ability to raise funds and organise Learners educational tours to see different attractions in their arear and the surroundings. Azara Secondary School never give me that opportunity.

Yes , it's hectic but manageable as I cope to work under pressure. Boring . No activities . I like travelling with learners to show them places.

I am very much thankful as part of the organization as a mobile teacher and now as DALSC in implementing programs and projects that are very touching in heart to help the less fortunate people in a marginal unreach areas of the province. The services rendered should be accountable and can be divert as service credits to any teachers working behind excess hours. example, teachers working at night just to finish papers works and learning materials must include as overtime hours.. Thank you

My work is challenging as ALS implementers as we know that multi level, different ages and reaching the unreached..but because of loving of tjis work became an inspiration to serve people in the field
