Azara Secondary School is a very big school with big numbers of 1650. It has the ability to develop and grow in terms of technology. We are no longer using chalkboard. Technological advance ( Smartboard , teacher's laptop and tablets for learners). The school always send teachers for workshops quarterly especially the English department to empower us with the curriculum . I am part of the nutrition committee, where the Department of education supplies food for the learners from the disadvantage families. I am the netball coach and librarian. Azara Secondary School is based in an Indian arear. It accommodate learners from various cultural backgrounds. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. Compensation is very discouraging. There's no growth in terms of post . Same environment .. I have the ability to raise funds and organise Learners educational tours to see different attractions in their arear and the surroundings. Azara Secondary School never give me that opportunity.
