Very poor work culture. Issue is with Head of the company. He hires people with excellent credentials and experience but doesnt allow them to do their job. Continuously gets into minute details of your work and keep chaging specs of work continuously. Projects never get completed on time, mainly because he himself doesnt know what he wants and then you get blamed for the delay. Doesnt allow you to use leaves other than loss of pay and no leave encashment for unused personal leaves. Staff are treated as good for nothing fellas, and only those who are ok to slog for pittance and say yes to everything he says will survive here. HR is totally worthless and are only executors of his orders. You will be made to feel that you know nothing and start to doubt yourself. Wouldnt recommend any one with self respect to join this company. Started in 2005 but not progressed in any way from a startup culture. Made my biggest career mistake joining here....Read More

Compensation is decent but never paid on time. Sometimes paid in instalments. No growth and work pressure is high. Need to work 14 hours with loss of pay for taking any offs during probabtion. Attend to calls at evening and late into nights. CEO micro manages everything and your managers do not have a say. There is no no job training and your are expected to know everything. You are expected to manage everything from marketing to lead conversions that are supposed to happen at centers. Your KRA are not defined and can be created and changed to the whims of the management.

Lesser importance for software team. Saturday working day. Micro management by higher management. Salary not given on time.
