No appreciation on the efforts you put on work. They dont know to retain the good staffs. I gave all my time to build the team but at the end they dont wanted my service once the work is done. Having worked in the starts ups to very good companies my experience with Ayu health was pathetic

Dislikes

Horrible! They cheated me. They cheated me on my incentives around 3lakhs. I wanted to put on all social media on how they cheated me but I thought of other employees who are working there and kept quite because if I would have done that they would have not received there B Series funding and most of them would have lost there jobs.I dont wanted to make other employees suffer just because i wanted to put Ayu Health down. Worst Management. Still I feel like posting on the social media on there behavior. I have 8000 connections on linkedin and 10000 followers on twitter. 70% of my connections are from healthcare and startups....Read More
