It's a very tough question. Beyond timely salary, there was nothing else that actually worked.

The CEO is not a good person. He lacks stategic thinking. When he himself doesn't have a clear north star to follow, how will he guide people? His inability to set the right vision and a strategy to achieve it reflects in how he takes decision and manages people. He has zero empathy. Doesn't trust anyone. Micromanages and makes everyone's life miserable. How to make most passionate and dedicated people depressed is something he has mastered. The whole HR team including the head of HR left because of his bad behaviour. And now there's complete anarchy in the company. All the Glassdoor reviews and high ratings are rigged and fake. I'm just happy that I'm not part of the company anymore. Don't fall for designation and salary hike. Similarly, the CEO's attitude mirrors this, with a belief that being the boss equates to being always right.
