The CEO is not a good person. He lacks stategic thinking. When he himself doesn't have a clear north star to follow, how will he guide people? His inability to set the right vision and a strategy to achieve it reflects in how he takes decision and manages people. He has zero empathy. Doesn't trust anyone. Micromanages and makes everyone's life miserable. How to make most passionate and dedicated people depressed is something he has mastered.
