Dislikes

Incompetent seniors, lack of quality work, working hours are not respected, the lock-in period for bonuses, very high attrition rate. Most freshers who join here leave without completing even a single year. Hiring throughout the year is always a red flag for a company.

Work Details

I joined Axtria as a fresher from a tier 1 college. I was asked ML questions in the interview and honestly believed that the company will assign me a team that does ML. I couldn't be more wrong. The work is here is kinda depressing

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
