The company work environment is really nice. I love the fact that I am working with the most reliable and famous dental chain in Bangalore. The salary package is very nice for the Dentist as compared to another dental chain. The higher authorities are reachable whenever you are stuck with any issues.

Dislikes

What I don't like about the company is politics. There are lots of internal politics. They appreciate your work but same time you won't get a good appraisal. Work pressure is more. My Manager appreciates the face but back end they won't help you at the time of appraisals.

Co doctors are good.the management was not supportive initially but changed after dr anirudh joined.

The bachelor dentiats were not give proper money and even opportunity to explore more.
