I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience  Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

What I don't like about the company is politics. There are lots of internal politics. They appreciate your work but same time you won't get a good appraisal. Work pressure is more. My Manager appreciates the face but back end they won't help you at the time of appraisals.

The salary package is very nice for the Dentist as compared to another dental chain. The higher authorities are reachable whenever you are stuck with any issues.
