appraisal is generally delayed by 3-4 months or more. internal shuffling across teams and other projects can happen overnight! only 7 days on-site relocation assistance is given after that individual has to manage on it's own. It's not company it is like a school. You feel like you are in school. The company is good for freshers but they mostly not hire for freshers.

They select you saying there will be more work, actually there will be no work. What you have learnt you will forget that, you will be full idle. If you are more than 3 months on bench they will remove you telling you don't have skill and all.
