Politics in this company is terrible. So many projects are like junk work. Coming to appraisal, it's a big drama. The cycle of appraisal is starts in every year September. So these HR people will conduct recruitment after September. There is rule in the company, people who join before September, they will get appraisal in Next year.Otherwise If the people join after the September, they will get appraisal in their 2nd year. So usually recruitment will happen after September only in this company. These people are cheating professionally. Only some projects are good. Your Career growth is depends on the project Manager. Only advantage in AXISCADES is that onsite opportunities was their. But at present situation they have removed all.

Frankly speaking it has n number of disadvantages to work in AXISCADES, no good hike , no good management, they tell employees to work for 12-14 hours and worst life balance. No good projects available , so growth would be nil.

No innovation at all, No growth for employee, poor HR team, no value for employee. They dont care about employee's future but they wants quality and ON TIME DELIVERY. We are working for salery. There is not proper increment . Poor HR policies. They will say we are having stress busting systems . Carroms Table tennis but they will close it always and opening after 7 o clock . In this itself you can come to know about work culture. Managers will not be like managers . They are actually watchmens. Without biometry also they will count intime and out time of employees. May be restroom time also they will count i guess. That much eagle eye spying at emplyees. Not at all good for womens. Especially BOMBARDIER project is worst. They will try to make you believe that they are god and axis cades is the only company in the world ,without axiscades people are nothing , they cannot survive . Like that manager of Bombardier project in Axiscades will talk. BU Heads also not lesser in cheating people. They also big back stabbers. Still so much is there you will get bored.
