Axis bank has the worst culture they treat employees as their _____ no skill development programmes no value addition to the learning daily login days every day you would be asked to deliver some thing which you are not really prepared of life insurance health insurance axis direct regular sip and mutual funds premium saving account and more of it if you don’t deliver please visit cluster head in evening daily and weekly visit at regional office to circle head and explain there is no preparations nothing only would be asked to deliver this product today and you would need to deliver else you would be torched badly even you being top performer then too you would be asked to deliver more there is no family life no leaves for personal family support I don’t know who has rated the organisation’s as best place to work I think they should take fees back from any branch banking person what it takes to deliver.
