Nothing is like about to working in axis bak, Their senior employee not deal your employee in an good way, Their is no professionalism in Seniors, If we raise this concern to Hr team Instead of support to junior staff they threatened to terminate the employee which shows uncertainty in jobs a

If you have any self respect or courtesy join a good bank not to join the bank where is no respect to junior employees. i suggest to my all friends to not work in axis, When they listen my concern they shocked to listen my points. So work in good bank culture in just like Hdfc bank kotak mahindra bank icici bank or more but never work in axis.....I am suggesting you guys.??????

Overall culture at Axis bank is truly really nice. Please consider this with grain of salt as it depends on the manager and your team members as well.

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

TL are so toxic overloaded pressure no tea break daily target Agar achi nahi hua to Tea and lunch break Nahi Milti . target overloaded pressure . koi bhi Bahana Karke incentive Chori karta hai . Mere Naam per Jo Trophy aaya tha vah mujhe nahin diya. Koi kam mat Karna Ya scam Hai management bekar hai . computer, head phone kharab hai . 8 hours k jaga 10 hours kam karvata hai

Bank is better to work than smaller banks

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. Ch and branch to worst. Hr policies and hr people also to worst. Hr team not asking what problem to employee ch and managers ok they accept the resigination.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups.
