I liked the learning and exposure I hot in Axis Bank is appreciable. It will always helo further in my career.

Dislikes

Work culture need to be improved. It should be process driven which somehow I felt was missing in comparison to other MNC and industry peers.

Work Details

Due to department and criticality of the function I was in. Work hours used to be higher.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
