Very cheap organisation in terms of hierarchy. Top managent is baised. Only support AVP level. Worst treatment to senior manager and grade below that. Anyway don't want to comment about politics, it's horrible. Work life balance comes to end. Salary appraisal - low rating to overall staff so as to save bonus of company. And managed rating to AVP. It's worse organisation I have ever seen.

Work Details

Just to prepare notes and MIS. About notes, no brain to use. Just make positive notes thought proposal is weak. So left job.. Don't want to compromise with profession. And MBA are there to reach finance to CA. Great bank but worst management.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
