Maybe the worst decision took by me working at Axis Bank. It might not be applicable for others. This is my personal opinion.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups. Overall, I would caution others against joining this organization, as it can compromise your professional integrity and well-being....Read More

Politics much more, supervisor create unnecessary business pressure , extra workload, at a time do many works , assign task which is actually harassment,,, supervisor doing nothing, no holiday, if u sick even though BH asked u came to office, coming timing mentioned which sharp 8:50 am but going time not mentioned……..etc……etc…..

I beg everyone not to join this company this company is absolutely terrible no one teach you a process and they just shout at you and the Targets they give you are surely unachievable for new joiny and forget about office politics they give you hell This type of company does not only distroy your dreams they distroyed my career andfamily too because you can never be happy ......everyday you went through stress and they should at you in morning hurdle because entire funnel shout at just you for theri target I think RBI should close this bank effective immediately...Read More

After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.

The management is hardly interested in the overall employee's mental and physical health. Specially the branch banking employees are treated bad. There are no simple tissues in the washrooms. The condition of the branches overall is bad. There are huge mice running around the branches. There's no work life balance and online trainings are given just like a tick mark activity. As a fresher you need to understand the work culture and requirements of the bank. If you are experienced in sales the you need not to worry. in recent times lot of policy changes in the bank. But overall bank is good

Leadership issue in lot of branches. If you lucky then you get right one and career will go smoothly. Otherwise leader makes your career ruin from the beginning of the day.

Nothing is like about to working in axis bak, Their senior employee not deal your employee in an good way, Their is no professionalism in Seniors, If we raise this concern to Hr team Instead of support to junior staff they threatened to terminate the employee which shows uncertainty in jobs a

If you have any self respect or courtesy join a good bank not to join the bank where is no respect to junior employees. i suggest to my all friends to not work in axis, When they listen my concern they shocked to listen my points. In its previous incarnation as UTI bank it was a much wonderful organisation to work for. As the approach in those day was to be customer centric & employees were allowed to participate in getting goal setting for the bank.

Dislikes

Over a period of time the customer centric approach have diminished, pressure have increased on revenue growth & no learning is provided for cross function activity.

In compared to other banks there there is quite work life balance is there. Else there is no good thing who which will encourage the employee to work in this Bank.

No employee and customer is satisfied with axis. Since client is always disappointed with the services of Axis so that employee need to focus more on service issues as employee need to generate new business instead of servicing the existing clients. There is no process to work company is working like Lala company, very orthodox andvery old system. System is still not updated as compared to other bank. An absence of employee there is no other employee who can take the ownership of the assignment. An employee who is getting 80 marks out of hundred is getting 3 rating and who is getting 20 marks he is also getting three marks so that is no difference who is willing to do and who is not willing to do....Read More
