It's Bad dream come true..guyz they need machine & organization official sucks ur mind & blood , concall starts at 8:20am & multiple time & many time ull notice that they even don't know to professionally operate , kabhi b they ask u to join concall without any prior posting or informing, it's was government in prior hence most old employees in organization are still operating that way they just delegations bus mail likhna sikhe hai & new hiring coming from competitors bank are in raddar with old employees hence woh sochte hai ki purani gaddi pe bethey aap log gaddi chodo hum hamari team k chaatu logo ko laayenge & that's how things is going & jo naye chaatu log aa rahe woh bus scream karna jaante hai as leadership is lead by example hota hai there leadership moto is lead by backfoot hai , it's my 5th month but i started having depression ki medicines, i told 80%portfolio management 20% aquisition & branches are super annoying & service wise they are worst duniya bhar k faaltu charges marte rahete hai & then client lo, this organisation is currently running on favouritism, Bosses are like Broker . Har kisi ka ek favourite Banda hai jo uske daru cigrate ka expense sponsored karta hai & Manoj Bhai ko lagta hai ki Maulik Nayak ki cigrate ka kharcha utha lunga hanji hanji kar neck movment karunga toh the lost Guy Maulik Nayak will manage uska promotion appraisal & so on but galat faimy waqt pe dur hoti hai , in short currently organisation is disorganised there is no culture for great place to work ....Read More
