Once upon a time Axis Bank used to be a very amazing bank to work with but bank is trying to emulate and become it's competitor. The vision of top management is very clear and honest and frontline staff is honest and hardworking but people in middle management totally lack the skills and inclination to fullfill top management's vision. The growth opportunities are very few and lesser for new joinees. There is lot of groupism and favoratism in middle management. Overall the outlook is not very good....Read More

When I joined this organisation I thought this is a stable one from where I can retire

Dislikes

Retirement age is 40-45 I fu could not manage to get promotion and promotions r not subject to the rating at all. Otherwise they will throw u out when u need the organisation the most by torturing u by not giving rise in ur salary n transfer every year. Humble request to the people in ur 30’s not to join this bank.
