Work culture environment and operations works are really good it's a big exposure

Being in operations also asking to do business on daily basis with high targets

Work Details

It's best for marketing and sales people though it's core banking high targets which means each and every one has to do business

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
