I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Salary is paid at the whims and fancies of the Director. You are lucky if you are paid salary every two months. Terrible pay masters

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No security at all. They will fire you just before an increment. They don’t even pay your full & final.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary was never on time & moreover they won’t even pay you your due smart after leaving. Be aware, most of them appear to be very friendly but are extremely harmful professionally. Especially, the head of marcom & sales team are always practicing favouritism for people who are brainless, incompetent, & have no education at all.
