Salary is paid at the whims and fancies of the Director. You are lucky if you are paid salary every two months. Terrible pay masters

I was in charge of a project in Goa, which has been delayed since 2009

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No security at all. They will fire you just before an increment. They don’t even pay your full & final.

Dislikes

Salary was never on time & moreover they won’t even pay you your due smart after leaving. Be aware, most of them appear to be very friendly but are extremely harmful professionally. Especially, the head of marcom & sales team are always practicing favouritism for people who are brainless, incompetent, & have no education at all.
