Good work environment. Positive attitude of management. Always pushes you to take risks and get something new done than sitting idle in the comfort zone. Good salary hike and bonus.

Lack of well defined roles, management is not supportive and poor HR policy

no transparency and immense gender bias, heavy work load, leaves are not given and salary is low compared to the work extracted. when you leave the company, the HR team creates problem for you. no benefits. they have PR team to manage their online reviews, which are mostly fake. difficult for female employees to work here due to unhelpful bosses

It's a very stable company to work with. gives a lot of opportunities to grow and extremely friendly in nature with its employees. The best part of the organization is its policies for Employee wellbeing and good compensation as per industry standards.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
