Job is secure here. The company provides ample leaves and average compensation. HR policies are generally good.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Management: Indifferent and short sighted. It doesn't care about employees or the company. Planning: Most employees are complacent about their work as there is no accountability. If you can be complacent, and able to dodge work, you may actually enjoy here. Surviving the day is the norm. No short or long term planning is done. Everything will be sudden. Culture: Colleagues will not share any knowledge with when you come across a new task. They will just give you a file and ask you to figure out everything in a complex task. They will say that they also learned in similar way. Heirarchy: If you have 5 different persons for procuring work and only 1 of them for appraisal, your work will never get noticed. Especially, when there is no documentation, or communication in the team. In such a setting, you must take everything in email copying your appraisal manager. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
