Company policies are ok but the senior-middle management is non cooperative and a lot of frequent changes in senior level management.

Dislikes

Internal politics played by old employees with the help of old seniors resulting in instability.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

Dislikes

Why so many women?? Just women . Low accumen back office BPO jobs carried out here. No internal movements encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).
