The confirmation call comes in the evening before going to duty every day. There is a call in the morning before knowing whether you are leaving today or not. Awign company works with a lot of responsibilities. Everyone who works gets paid. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are very good....Read More

Wherever I have worked on behalf of Avigan company. Those people work honestly but then the problem arises. When we work honestly and payment is not updated. There is also a problem in withdrawing the payment. Payment is available but after facing so much problem. There is no growth of the invigilator. It is not job secure. It is also not confirmed whether you will be called tomorrow or not. If you want to ask something from the team manager, do not pick up the call....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
