The confirmation call comes in the evening before going to duty every day. There is a call in the morning before knowing whether you are leaving today or not. Awign company works with a lot of responsibilities. Everyone who works gets paid. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Wherever I have worked on behalf of Avigan company. Those people work honestly but then the problem arises. When we work honestly and payment is not updated. There is also a problem in withdrawing the payment. Payment is available but after facing so much problem. There is no growth of the invigilator. It is not job secure. It is also not confirmed whether you will be called tomorrow or not. If you want to ask something from the team manager, do not pick up the call....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
