If you get a good client and prove your worth i.e start earning good billing for the company you can get even 100% appraisal.

Dislikes

Every thing depends on the client you get and how much billing you are earning for the company. Not on skill or loyalty or hard work . Everything is micro managed by the owner himself. Also there is some nepotism present in the company as owners relatives are also working here although they are skilled /talented.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
