Client is treat 3 PL employee as a slave.Very bad behavior of client and If you are doing good still they cut your SLA it impacts on 3 PL employee performance unnecessary.3 PL company like Avvashya not taking any action against customer and They accept customer point view and never face them to tell that your actions are wrong. Fear of losing account they can not take any action.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are very good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.
